Terms of Use The following statement contains the Terms of Use for the Cyprus Estate Agents. The service Cyprus Estate Agents provided by CyprusNet is only offered to persons over 18 years old. This includes resources that enclose or may have viruses, time bombs, worms, Trojan horses, cancelbots or any other piece of software that can lead damage on the user’s computer. g) Not to create a false identity in order to mislead others to identify the sender or the origin of a message. h) Not use, download or provide to a person or entity that is not a Service member with any data or information regardless if it is free. i) Not attempting to have unauthorized access to the Cyprus Estate Agents service, other members accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the service provided by password mining or any other means.   CyprusNet reserves the right to monitor, review and/or disclose any content that does not comply with an applicable law, regulation, governmental request and /or any legal process. 4. Third Party Links Cyprus Estate Agents is an advertising portal that contains third party links. Throughout Cyprus Estate Agents there are numerous sections that may link to websites outside CyprusNet’s restrictions that are not moderated by our company, and therefore our company’s Privacy Policy statement and Terms of Use, no longer apply. Therefore, we encourage our users to carefully read every site’s privacy policy before using their website or provide them with any personal data. 5) Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability Cyprus Estate Agents has the right to add, delete or modify any content in order to make the needed corrections to its content. Cyprus Estate Agents and its respective suppliers are authorised to modify the content of the service without any prior notice.   Cyprus Estate Agents can not warrant:   a) That all of the content/materials posted to the service Cyprus Estate Agents will be correct and accurate. b) That the service Cyprus Estate Agents will be error-free or that the service or the server will be virus-free. c) You agree that Cyprus Estate Agents service is not responsible for unauthorised access or transmission of your data/material sent or received.   You agree that Cyprus Estate Agents is not responsible or liable for any threading, offensive, obscene or illegal content or contact of any other party or any violation of another person’s rights, including intellectual property rights. 6) Indemnification By accepting these Terms of Use, you are agree to assure and keep CyprusNet parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and employees safe from any claim demand or injure including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or rising out of your use of or contact on the Cyprus Estate Agents Service. 7) Termination Cyprus Estate Agents, reserves the right to terminate your account and/or access to the Service for any cause that may be considered by CyprusNet as a violation of this statement without previous and/or formal notice.   Reasons that may cause the termination of your account (not limited to) is the inactivity to your account which will be considered as failing to use the service or user may not want to use the service anymore. Ten (10) days after your initial registration and 90 days since your last login to the system, your accounts inactivity will cause the termination of your account.   If a user wants its account to be terminated they can stop using the service and therefore their account will be terminated automatically in 90 days. 8) Participation in Promotions of Advertisements Cyprus Estate Agents service is not responsible for any transaction and promotions that may occur between users and advertisers of the service. Third party dealings are NOT under CyprusNet’s authority and therefore we are unable to interact on anyone’s behalf. 9) Modifications to Terms of Use and Member Policies Cyprus Estate Agents has the right to modify, add or delete new policies on both statements Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for any reason, without any notification. Cyprus Estate Agents encourage it users as well its customers to carefully read and refer to Cyprus Estate Agents Terms of Use and Privacy Policy statements when using the service. 10) General By using the service Cyprus Estate Agents provided by CyprusNet is corresponding to the complete agreement to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy between the user and the service provider CyprusNet. If you do not agree you may not use the service.   Both statements are being under the Cypriot Laws, dedicated with governmental, law and court enforcement bodies within the Republic of Cyprus.
